HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Rashguards are compression shirts. The cut is very fitted and stretchy, as a second skin. The measurements in the size guide are in a relaxed, non-stretched format. That is why they may seem small. 

For an optimal feeling of compression, pick the size you generally use for a t-shirt. For a lighter compression, choose a size above. Remember to take your body shape into account.
